  • The workshop takes 35 days!
  • The Red Detox Diet consist of 10 stages, each lasting 3 days.
  • First of all, we produce peace and quiet in the body , we get rid of sugar, salt, and coffee and begin to "clean . "
  • At each stage another food group is added. As you progress in stages, the variety of foods increases.
  • Practicing listening and connecting to the body and identifying foods intolerance.
  • The diet is based on food. no juices, no supplements.

  • 5 video sessions .  One session a week, disconnecting from the world, dedicated just for you.

A little about me, for those who do not know me yet ...

I'm a naturopath and an experienced lecturer on complementary medicine, mainly nutrition and detoxification. I hold a BA in behavioral sciences and an MBA specializing in business & management psychology. 

I completed a 2 year hospital residency in combined natural and conventional medicines, and also trained naturopaths in natural medicine colleges. I have been researching and working on emotional eating and body image in recent years.

 I was the owner of an Italian catering company, “Dripping Cream,” which gradually morphed into healthy vegan cooking workshops.

I started out as a heavy smoker, addicted to diet cola and coffee, and then slowly weaned myself from these bad habits. Every year my plate looked different as I underwent an extensive trial and error process to arrive at the proper nutritional program for myself. Today I feed on a vegan diet.

I have been teaching the Red Detox Diet cleansing method for more than a decade. My students are the ones who encouraged me to write the book “The Red Detox Diet”, Which was a best seller in Amazon in three categories
I'm married + three children and live in Dublin.
